Berry Cheesecake Fluff (Pink Berry Version)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or whipped cream for extra fluffiness)
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or pink berries)
- 2–3 tbsp natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Prepare the Berries
- Blend or mash the berries until smooth. You can strain seeds if you want a silky texture.
- Mix Cream Base
- In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Combine & Fold
- Gently fold the berry puree into the cream mixture to create a pink, swirled effect.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let it set slightly.
- Serve in cups or a dessert dish, topped with extra berries or a mint leaf.
