Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or whipped cream for extra fluffiness)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or pink berries)
  • 2–3 tbsp natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Berries
    • Blend or mash the berries until smooth. You can strain seeds if you want a silky texture.
  2. Mix Cream Base
    • In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Combine & Fold
    • Gently fold the berry puree into the cream mixture to create a pink, swirled effect.
    • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Chill & Serve
